Tiffany Target, formerly Tiffany Evans, is a covert operative of the secret organization known as BISHOP, an international counterterrorist and anti-crime agency. She was a successful agent along with her longtime partner and fellow agent Thomas Target. On a routine sensitive mission, Tiffany and Thomas' superiors decided they need the two partners to have an extra special cover due to the recent infiltration by a mole in the agency. Under strict orders, Tiffany had no choice but to legally marry Thomas to further protect her civilian cover. Since then they moved to a New Jersey suburb and were forced to adopt a child in order to avoid suspicion from nearby neighbors. By adopting a 14-year computer hacker named Thomas, later renamed Thomas Target Jr., their professional careers took a turn for the unexpected when Tom Jr. found our their secret identities. Since then the couple tagged along their son for various dangerous missions around the world, while Tiffany on public works as a computer saleswoman.

Tiffany is a very professional individual, despite her secret admiration to her partner Thomas. Although she wanted some bed time with him, their professions and missions gets in the way of their private lives. She is often strict at Tom Jr., whose laidback attitude mostly interferes with his homework and duties at home, forcing her to apply wrestling moves to discipline him for his mishaps. She is dedicated to her job and has a strong sense of justice; especially her constant frustration over corruption. She is also a valuable team player, working as a valuable asset to her partners, co-workers and fellow masked vigilantes. Tiffany is determine to sacrifice her life for the good of the mission and to protect the values she holds dear. Her favorite hobby is gymnastics. Her favorite food is Thai Beef.

Tiffany is a highly-trained espionage operative with vast skills in intelligence gathering, infiltration and undercover operations. She is a highly skilled Olympic-level athlete, swimmer, gymnast and diver. She has extensive training as a qualified deep-sea diver. She is a highly-skilled hand-to-hand combatant with expertise in various martial arts disciplines, close quarters combat (CQB) techniques and melee weapons combat including swordsmanship and knife-throwing. She is an expert in weaponry and explosives especially with shotguns, submachine guns, assault carbines, and sniper rifles. Her main sidearm is a Beretta 92 Elite semi-automatic with optional silencer. She is trained in tactical driving and is a qualified aircraft and helicopter pilot. She is gifted in electronic hacking, disguises and has a bachelors' degree in home economics, politics and architecture. She is fluent in multiple languages and an expert in social cultures.
