Color refined rendition of Penny Pulsar aka Pulsar Pureheart

Penny Pulsar, is actually Penny Polanski in her partial Pulsar uniform. She possess the same exact powers and abilities as her Pulsar Pureheart alter ego. She uses this form to spin-teleport to her inter-dimensional fortress. She uses her fortress to conduct scientific experiments, practice her fighting skills and master and control her powers, analyze enemy weakness between battles, and other daily responsibilities. This is also Penny's "emergency" form: when she is in a perilous situation, she has no time to fully transform to Pulsar Pureheart to escape from danger. Her transformation into Penny Pulsar takes half the time it takes to transform into Pulsar. After escaping, she must transform either to Pulsar or back to Penny in order to prevent risking compromising her identity.
