I kinda agree with that critic saying Pulsar could use an ultimate attack that would feel more "trademarked". Not that I would ever mock the destructive power of a tornado or the usefulness of such a power in any arsenal. She can definitely keep the tornado, but she indeed probably deserves better for her ultimate.

It's especially easy to find something with a name like Pulsar Pureheart... It kinda contains an attack name in itself!
A pulsar is a kinda potentially very destructive phenomenon, so doing the obvious "Heart Pulsar" attack would actually be a fitting ultimate attack!
Sometimes obvious just works. ( Of course, You'll still have to think up how it would look and work exactly if you choose to roll with my suggestion, don't intend to steal your chara )

On the drawing itself side, it doesn't really feel like she is attacking or even spinning considering the pose you chose : it feels like it lacks movement.
Somehow it looks more like a 3-view practice from a mannequin reference, and from that perspective, it's a success as the same pose is indeed correctly drawn from different angles...
...But that wasn't really the goal here, alas.

I understand that you wanted to do a different pose than your wonder cop spin one, so you get kudos for trying something different, but this new pose just doesn't work as well.

Looks not too bad I suggest the tornado could do with a little more shadow and lighting because it's not as convincing to see her spinning that's just my thought!

I have to agree, the Wonder Woman-esque attack does need work.

Yeah. I thought I could experiment with this pose. I downgrade this attack to "one of her most powerful offensive" but not "signature" moves.
