M.F. Abbot, nicknamed "Mother F****r" Abbot, is one of anarchist mastermind Big Smiley's top operatives and light weapons expert. Born in the French Quarter in New Orleans, Abbot was forced into military academy for his violent behavior when he was a child and was recruited to the US Army where he became a Ranger. In the 1991 Persian Gulf War, he was charged to cold-bloodily executing a row of surrendering Iraqi soldiers in the back, but instead of facing life in prison, and under the request of then-president George H.W. Bush, Abbot received the medal of honor for what would have been otherwise considered a war crime. Abbot quickly moved to civilian life, but filled with adrenaline and feeling the urge to take a life, he quickly turned to a life of crime and joined the local New York drug kingpin and later the local Mafia clan as a professional hitman. Following the attacks on 9/11, Abbot, fueled by overwhelming patriotism and rage, stormed into the local mosque and gunned down several innocent Muslim worshippers. Sentenced to life in prison, Abbot secretly escaped a maximum security prison using his military training. He soon impressed rising criminal mastermind Big Smiley, who recruited him to join his syndicate. Now, as one of Smiley's deadliest operative, Abbot uses his light weapon expertise (i.e. a patent for machine guns) to spread fear and terror to the hearts of New York citizens. And later became one of the most deadliest agents former NYPD detective Quentin Gunn and his crew of troubleshooters would ever faced.

Abbot is a cold-blooded man who lives for the thrill of killing. He has no remorse to spreading death and destruction upon innocents, the police and several crime syndicates, including his former Mafia employers. He lays a sinister smile every time he unleashes a hailstorm of bullets at his victims. Abbot is the perfect tool of Smiley's goals of bring Manhattan to the brink of total anarchy. And Abbot proved to be a dangerous, and valuable, asset to Smiley's crew of killers.

Abbot is a highly-trained former soldier with expertise in light weapons, specifically light machine guns and Squad Automatic Weapons, execution-style tactics and guerrilla warfare. He is also an expert on advanced and brutal interrogation techniques (i.e. torture). He is extensive trained in counter-espionage, urban combat tactics and CQC (Close Quarters Combat) techniques. His preferred weapons and combat gear are an M60 7.62mm machine gun, a customized battle knife, a Kimber .45 pistol, and WWII-issue German stick and modern baseball grenades. He speaks with a French/Cajun accent
